Therefore, start bugging dealer to call the lady at Richmond, give your rail car number and VIN, she will pull it… it wil most likely show off rail overnight and changed to:

You might want to get on the phone and release your inner "Beth Dutton" on them. Someone has to know the whereabouts of your vehicle. Worst you will end up with is some complimentary FORD incentives....
I think my salesman is concerned after I told him the railroad car is now in Missouri. He was going to check with his managers...waiting to hear back. I called Bronco Support and didn't get much info. I have also emailed the contact at corporate that had been staying in contact with me. She hasn't been a lot of help but maybe she'll look into it further.
