Bought all 3 kits @ 50% off from the OP link about 11 months ago. But only installed the trunk & doors kit so far. Will probably install the floor kit this summer. Although the sound level reduction is not transformative, it did reduced a lot of the high frequency buzzes. Overall it is more...
If it's the hood latch it is covered by warranty. But can be tricky to convince the dealer if you can't replicate it. You should get an alarm message on your FordApp each time the alarm is triggered. However, the message disappears from the app after a day or two. Make sure to take a screen shot...
I bet the raptor digital display is cheaper to make than the regular digital/analog combo gauge. For this simple reason, I think Ford will move to all digital in future models.
Thanks for contributing some details on the customer support aspect of their business. Agreed with you on customer treatment.
Going into this I was awared they are just a reseller of Chinese made goods just like may vendors here. I was hoping the lights would be good enough to last about 5...
Do you have any updates from them? Have you tried calling them? I'd bought a set from them last year but have not installed yet. Would like to see how they resolve issues with their customers.
If what you're saying is true, then it's a failed on Ford's part. The same rain sensor reference text is in all the user manuals from MY22 to MY24. I'm sure it's also in the MY21 manual. But I don't have a copy to verify.
Some have mentioned that the Bronco does not have/use rain sensor. I'm not sure if this is model year dependent. But MY2023 user manual clearly indicates the wipers are linked to the rain sensor.
In vehicles with good rearview mirror visiblity out the back window, the side mirrors are usually adjusted to be an extension of the rearview mirror. That is, the rearview mirror is looking straight back. The side mirrors will start where the left/right edge of the rearview mirror ends -...
Just to add another data point to the wait time.
Order confirmed on 5/19.
That's 14.5 weeks ago.
Got several generic emails over that period telling me it's almost ready.
It's pretty obvious by now that it'll take longer than the often mentioned 10 weeks.
Don't think the additional cnc machines...
Will you be offering the shock skids, and the reinforcement/shield for the trailing arm mounting bracket as standalone parts?
As much as I salivate over all the suspension components, they are complete overkill for my usage needs at this time.
I'd bought the $25 kit with the carrying pouch. Although not having had to use it yet, if I have to do it all over again I would get the "heavy duty" version just for the plastic case.
The pouch version is a pain to work with. Every time the pouch is unzipped, things fall out. Putting...
I thought that button prevents the dome light from coming on as traditionally done by a switch in older cars.
I'll have to test if it affects the courtesy lights as well.
After a 1500 mile camping trip, two things annoyed me.
1. Navigation turn by turn instructions.
2. The courtesy lights under the side mirrors.
Turn by turn was just completely nonsense. Instead of suggesting a left turn from a major street to another major street, the built-in navigation...
My 2023MY Badlands that was built in Dec 2022 still sounded a bit muddy. Although not as good as I'd expected of a premium sound system option. It's also not as bad as many made it out to be. Is it worth the price of the upgrade for the B&O? By itself - No.
Wished I was able to add it to my build from the factory.
My Badlands with the V6 and Sasquach did not allow the inclusion of the slideout tailgate option at time of my build. Thus, I'm trying to get it after vehicle delivery.
Recheck is a good idea.
I rechecked the wheel torque on mine after 100 miles of driving. With the torque wrench set at 100 ft-lb (the torque recommended in the manual), I was able to tighten each lugnut another 1/4 turn before the wrench click.
