I'm going to see what plays out the next day or two to see if they change their stance before I show up there again. They've called the zone rep before...think he was the one that didn't call back 3 times. Done. I wrote one in October but just sent another one asking for help finding my bronco so I could give Ford my money. I detailed my experience and what a negative impression this has left. We were excited to add a 6thGen to the 79 my husband has had since he turned 16. Not sure @Ford Motor Company will provide any assistance finding my missing car but it can't hurt....got nothing to lose at this point.Please write a mass email, outlining all the follies to the corporate list provided….
I tried to create an account and it said tracking services were for dealers only. Wonder if I did something wrong…it’s very finicky but you have to create most of it on your phone…
