Thanks, that's working! Feel like there were 2 broncos and a bunch of other vehicles chilling there in pending pickup yesterday and now absolutely nothing. That's good tho right?
Look at 'Delivered'. Also when I subscribed to Notifications (under settings) I got an email showing 'in route' shipments. Also search by your VIN - you'll see what status yours in in (probably pending?).

Any ideas for those of us that the page doesn't change after hitting search for vin?
Are you doing it on a Mobile device - it needs to be able to challenge you with a 'Captcha' (not a Robot). If you don't see that challenge on that page - that's why it won't go further.

Excellent information. I had previously gotten all the way to the "inactive" part using info @pr0xy provided and have been waiting for the car to roll in.

I got the load number and destination but it wouldn’t let me create an account.
It wouldn't let me do it using the first email I provided so I used a different one and it pushed though.

Yes doing it on my phone. The captcha comes up and I check the box. Hit submit and nothing happens

At first, my VIN wasn't showing anything. So I went to my dealer's website and pulled a VIN from a random vehicle, and managed to pull something up. The issue is when I go to register, I get the "something went wrong!" error message no matter what email I enter

Does the OS level matter? I am on iOS 15 and while I can complete the captcha, I never get any other screen to load after searching for the VIN.
Yeah nothing happens for me either. Put in the vin, check the recaptcha box and….nothing

Hopefully some useful information:

I've been checking United all week and a few times have seen other vehicles destined for my dealer, but they all blipped within a few minutes of checking again. I had also subscribed to get notifications from United for other deliveries as well, so I could gauge how long it would take for mine to get picked up and delivered.

Today my VIN kicked over to PendingPickup, then switched to Cancelled within a few minutes. I realized that for my dealer - Sill-Terhar in CO - they must be cancelling all the scheduled pickups with United and using a different hauler. That'd also explain why I haven't received a single email from OVISS after opting in for them.

Bummed out I've lost all visibility for the rest of my Bronco's journey, but I know it's landed in Colorado at least. Hopefully it gets to the dealer soon and doesn't sit around in a lot for another 2 weeks; someone here said it took 13 days to get transport lined up :eek::mad:
