First post here, has anyone had an issue with water pooling in the lower corners of the tailgate seal? It fills with water and comes into the trunk area under the carpet. I have removed almost everything the TSB for the moisture has been done, I have sealed the ice compartment, still getting water any suggestions as this is driving me nuts.

I know this isn't the most helpful but I think you need to find where the water is coming from in the first place if you can. Is it coming from the top down to the tailgate seals? Is it coming in from the sides of your soft/hard top? Etc

Once you get that down I think it'd be a lot easier to fix. From the pics it looks like water is pooling between the two seals and it's probably coming from the tailgate seals or something along those lines. If that's the case I think a few weep holes on the weatherstripping could be a temporary fix

Thanks for that, I was thinking of doing that to the seal, I just took another look as we just had a hard rainfall, the water in sitting on top of the tailgate where there are hard rubber square pieces one on each side, the holes are filling up and overflowing I might put holes into those as well. I’m surprised that no one else has had this issue. It’s a hard top BTW.

Also, not sure if you're able to but it might help if you park on an incline as well. I had a small leak on the rear hard top side windows and got around it by just parking on an incline so the water doesn't pool up to begin with

Had a very similar problem early on with my Raptor. The upper window seal where it meets the top was not fully installed. Since you don't look up there very often, it wasn't noticed until I saw water and looked up for a leak.

The seal snaps onto a seam and wasn't fully seated all the way. Since I have pushed it on fully, I have seen no issues. I check it randomly and have not seen a problem in 8+ months of ownership.

I would start by checking installation and fitment of the seals from top to bottom. Good luck.

This is where the water is pooling then coming into the truck. I’ve circled them in the photo. Tailgate isn’t from my truck just easier to see the rubber on white.
