There is a TSB for this issue they seal the plastic caps on the sides of the compartment where the jack is.

First post here, has anyone had an issue with water pooling in the lower corners of the tailgate seal? It fills with water and comes into the trunk area under the carpet. I have removed almost everything the TSB for the moisture has been done, I have sealed the ice compartment, still getting...
