IIRC there was a computerized limitation based on surface grip. Meaning that those parking lot donuts will not be allowed. It will only allow the TTA to work if the surface has some give to it. Not sure where it was mentioned but I think one of the BN videos.
That would stink. Being able to turn sharper on a high(ish) traction surface - like rocks would be super helpful.
I recall something about "speed" and wheel cut being the the factors that determine when it's activated?
