Does anyone know off hand. I am swapping out the OEM "D" ring style fort the Ford Performance Tow Hooks.

If you're referring to the rear tow hooks, I believe it's 59 ft. lbs.

Where did you find that torque spec? I couldn't find it anywhere (and I didn't want to pay for the shop manual), so I used the torque spec for the corresponding part in the Ford Performance Winch instructions: (F) 80Nm / 59 ft-lb.
