I was bummed to see the rubberized floor under the second row seat was torn. I assume it wasn’t installed correctly at factory. It is torn on both the passenger annd driver side. Anyone else have this issue?

That looks like a defect to me. Like it's too wide or something. I would hope warranty would cover, although you might consider the Armorlite as a replacement if they don't.

That happened to me after pulling the carpet and installing vinyl floors in my wildtrak. For some reason it doesn’t stay down and folds forward when the seats are folded. What year is your Badlands? A new part number was assigned to the vinyl floor after I Ordered mine back in November 2022 maybe they made improvements since then I’m not sure. I may go with ArmorLite in the near future, but took the whole day for that replacement and I’m not looking forward to doing it again. I’ve tried using gorilla glue spray adhesive to keep it down, but it keeps flipping up.

I had a '21 Badlands. This never happened. I currently have a '24 badlands and it happened. It should not happen. Obviously something was not finished or sized right. It seems that the 3 tabs along the back should have adhesive or some form of attachment. I'll see what the dealer says. I bought it in January.

Yes. It is catching on the seat. It does not appear to be properly attached.

Please let me know what they say. I checked out a Badlands at the dealer and it seems like the three tabs were held down by the seatbelt or the seat, but wasn’t secured with any adhesive or attachments and the weight of the floor just was held down by itself. Maybe we have defective vinyl flooring?

Not sure. I've got a appointment at the dealership (Avis Ford, Southfield, MI) on 8 July. They are pretty good and will let you know in this post what they tell me. I cannot believe that we are the only ones with this problem. If we are, there was certainly something missed in the process.
