Not to hijack this thread but feel it still relevant info, I’ve wondered what type of off-roading is most prone to fast track the test limits of body twist on a wide-axle, narrow bodied vehicle. I come from the vein of the ‘70’s chev blazer which suffered both squeaks and cracking in fiberglass top via flex and I liken the flex of crawling to using a breaker bar on a tight bolt (consistent tension), and higher speed off-roading (washboard, etc.) to the action of using an impact wrench on the same bolt. Im genuinely curious which driving type is more likely to fast-track me to have future issues due to body flex. Thoughts? Honestly dont know which drive style I’m prone to have issues with first and am genuinely wondering so I know what to look forward to and how soon. (Any and all opinions welcome of course).My suspicion is the opposite. It's there for "bulk" flex that is more typical in low speed, crawling/flexing type driving. I.e. it targets body stiffness and the low frequency modes.
