Michigan temps are low... and we got a good 8-10 inches of snow overnight.

The actual reason it is called that is it is a paradise haven for rich snobby snowbirds to come down to a place that isnt crappy cold and gross for the winter, that is why my ironically very affluent town came to being lolhmmmm..."Winter Park" Florida!

The coldest recorded temp in Texas was at Tulia in 1899 and it was -23. The closest place to me that I can find is Nacogdoches, which is about 40 miles away, with a record low of -4 in Jan of 1930
