Tall large molle pouches?

Having a surprisingly difficult time finding tall large molle pouches. For example like the larger pouch on this, which is something like 13x9 inches

I know mountain2metal sells a similarly sized pouch but it has the wrong (for me) aspect ratio. I am almost to the point of buying the above just for the pouch, but am relunctant to sent the extra pieces of plastic straight to the recycling bin.

Did you ever come to a conclusion here? I am in the same boat, having bought the tailgate MOLLE panel with no bags, and then realizing I needed the bags.
I'm tempted to do the same as you and order these just for the bags...

These MOLLE pouches off Amazon are dinky but surprisingly functional. Wish they sold them separately

I was looking for the same, gave up and just bought a backpack/daypack/assault pack. Initially I was just going to cut the the straps off and figure out a way to connect it. I've done stuff previously in the military.

Once I got it, I realized it would actually be handy to have the ability to still have a pack so for now it's just attached with big Gucci twistie ties until I find a better solution. Mine is on tailgate but same difference.
