Sync 4 wont connect/no connectivity found

1 week old '24 OBX. Sync 4 worked fine all week. then suddenly I noticed that I couldn't use the built-in Sync 4 GPS navigation. It says I need to enable connectivity. It IS enabled. the Nav map shows the proper location, just can't search/create a new trip destination. fwiw, CarPlay works fine. How would I fix this?

Did the nav screen work in the last week. I too have built in nav and can get map but no other functions unless I pay for subscription. Does your phone connect and work ok for calls and or music? Not sure if it’s the need for subscription or not for your case but mine is the same way as you describe without paying. Old age….
I just looked at your post again and saw that CarPlay works fine. So possibly subscription cause. You can use maps on phone and it will use on screen map thru car play.

I picked up the OBX last Monday. FordPass connected. No other signs of failure in the pass. There is a message that states " Your Connect Navigation Activation is complete and ready to use." Also Ford Streaming trial has begun. What gives?

I confirmed on the Ford site, that under my account for this vehicle, all three connected service trials are enabled. 1- Ford Premium Connectivity, 2- Alexa Bult-in, 3- Ford Connected Navigation. Seems like the Bronco itself doesn't know about these.

Ok so how weird is this. Went for a drive just now. It’s connecting. Didn’t do anything. WTH?

Glad it’s working. There was a “connectivity update” on the 3rd for Sync, maybe it was confused and took an extra day to sync it all back up. Glad it’s working for u now!! Enjoy your Bronco!!
