Hello.

Does anyone know if you have to modify or shave your wheel well to install 13.50R or 14.00R tires and wheels on the Braptor?

I have the stock tires on my Raptor and don’t want to change the 37” wheels but looking to go wider.

I have gotten conflicting information from Tire and Body shops on whether they can just be swapped or need further adjustments.

I currently have the stock 37x12.50R17 tires and wheels with a 1.50” spacer installed and evrything runs smoothly with no problems. So it doesn’t make sense to me that I would have to shave or make any mods to the wheel well but maybe I am missing something.

Thanks!

The Raptor has some pretty good clearance for stock tires as it also needs to accommodate mud, gravel, snow chains, etc. I've not run them myself, but I do run 0 offset wheels which is very close to a 1.5" spacer and all is fine. Thus, I'm reasonably confident that either of those widths would be fine (with no spacers).
