Sunrider for hardtop

I just got a 2024 bronco wild trax with hard top panels I see on the ford accessory page they offer different soft top options, as the hard top panels are difficult to remove for me I like the ease of flipping the top back specifically they sell one that just goes over front row seats my question/ concern is because it has to be installed with rails (which my husband can do), can you easily remove whole top if you want to? Or do you have to remove rails also I’m looking for someone who has this installed because there’s no reviews listed on fords website
They make 2 panel or 4 panel ones depending on what you want to open anyone have this? Made by Bestop

You have to completely remove the sunrider to remove the whole hardtop.

Taking the sunrider off and on is about a 15min job once you get used to it. We swap between sunrider and HT for summer/ winter.

I had one on my 2022 2-door. Not exactly sure what you mean by rails, but it takes about 20-30 minutes to install or remove it. I did it by myself. I had it on during the summer and removed it for fall. It's way more convenient than removing the t-tops and either having to lug them around or leave them behind and worry about getting caught in the rain. You can literally open or close the Bestop Sunrider from inside your Bronco while stopped at a traffic light. I have a gently used model for 2-door Broncos available in the For Sale section of the forum as it will not fit my new 4-door.

We have a 2 door so it's the smaller one. You can very easily flip it up and put it down. Not sure how easy it would be with the larger one. I can do it at a stop light with pretty much a flick of the arm.

You dont really get a choice: you either have the 4 door verson or the 2 door.

We love ours.

The 4-door Bronco can utilize either the front row only Sunrider or the front row and back row Skyrider. The Skyrider is definitely more effort to open and close. The Sunrider takes seconds, easier than an old Miata top.

That’s the 4 door option, the 2 door option you can put on the 4 door bronco, see it in the picture I posted from the website? It’s less $$ and only opens up the 2 front seats not the back seats

Honestly if you have a 4 door just get the big one. Youre going to want it all the way open and not half assed.
