Stuck in Neutral Tow Mode

Hi all,

my base model manual transmission has been at the ford dealer since Monday afternoon stuck in Neutral Tow Mode. They are now working with Ford Engineering to try and figure this out with no luck.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Just heard from dealership. They say it is fixed and was an actuator issue. They disconnected and reconnected the actuator and it seems to be working again.

Glad they figured it out. Can you get specifics on this actuator they speak of?

I didn't even know that my Manual HAD a neutral tow mode.
