Strange metallic sound on startup (not phasers)

I’ll start by saying I’ve had the VCT’s changed out under warranty. I’ve noticed a metallic sound almost like the starter solenoid isn’t pulling back fast enough and hitting the flywheel. Or a pulley again (replaced an idler and tensioner pulley already). Sounds like it's from the lower rear hence my thoughts of it being a starter issue. Does anyone else have this?

This was after the VCT’S and it was much warmer today. It’s louder when cold. Can someone please tell me if they have this as well, It's driving me crazy. Is it just a Ford thing?
