Storage of front top when off roading

Has anyone had any damage to thier front top sections while storing them in the included bag while strapped to the rear seat in the trunk section? I do some fairly aggressive rock crawling and prefer to have the front section off, but weather changes quickly here in Colorado so I want the roof with me.

No. The storage bag works well, though a tight fit, which is why it protects well.
