Hey everyone I’m new to the community and I’m extremely eager to start working on my new Black Diamond Bronco! I have a few questions that I’m sure y’all can answer better than most.

1. On a non Sasquatch Black Diamond Bronco, what would the largest tire size that I can install be without rubbing or any issues on and off roading. I’ve been told 33s is the bare minimum before I would need to remove crash bars or get a lift kit which voids warranty
2. For light bars and trail lights would I need to upgrade the alternator or battery? I’ve heard some horror stories of certain light bars being too hard on the stock components and causing stalls.
3. Finally, if anyone is familiar with Fab Fours Matrix bumper, What winch can I get that uses the mounts already on the bumper. I was told WARN is the best bet but it’s so extremely expensive and I hear it takes awhile for them to arrive.

Thank you to all that respond! I’ll send some pictures of my build slowly as I get everything along!

Congrats! Post up some pics.

My friend just bought/installed my non-Sas Badlands wheels & tires (+55 offset wheels, same as Black Diamond wheel offset) wrapped in Kenda Klever 35" x 10.5" and they fit fine w/o rub, just had to remove the crash bars. Hers is an Outer Banks.

not sure if you’ve found the answer yet, but Northridge 4x4 currently has a great deal on the Warn Evo 10, it comes to $269 after rebate. This is the one that Fab Fours says fits on their website. It’s the steel cable model and comes with wired only control, but my plan was to buy synthetic rope separately (will still come out cheaper). I just ordered one and it came quickly.
There’s a thread on here where somebody put a Harbor Freight Badlands 12k winch in the Fab Fours premium winch bumper and it did NOT fit without cutting and welding.

Do you have the Fab Fours Matrix on your truck yet? I’m looking at that one too and wondering how tall the cutout for the light bar is.
