All we can do it wait and hope.
I really do pray that every else’s experience is different from mine. I was so excited for this bumper when I ordered it in February. Had some high hopes for this company.
The day they sent me a confirmation email saying shipped. I was gonna call and cancel it and buy a ADD bumper with the Baja design lights.

im not saying to do that. But if I didn’t have the resources, it would have most me more then the 20% to fix these issues. Not to mention the 300 I paid to have it powder coated then had to do the work on it. Im choosing to use it as such for a bit and see if I want to get it re powdered soon or see where I stand in a few months.
I had high hopes as well and was really excited about the different look...

Have you been able to get your ACC working after some adjustment? I brought this issue to their attention, but they mentioned "The ACC can be adjusted to point where it will not be interfered with the high pro grille guard"... This will be a big issue for me as I use ACC quite often.

The new frame brackets they sent are 2 of the same side brackets... 🤦‍♂️ They're sending out another one next day air... Where's the QA...?? Same issue 2x now and they're burning $ with FedEx, not to mentioned my install delay and a burned vaca day...

I have not received any solution from them on the washer sprayer for the camera or how to extend. I may try to notch it and extend the hose, similar to JCR's kit. Pretty disappointed on no instructions (but other's documentation or vids), incorrect brackets sent 2x, "camera relocation kit" only consists of the camera bracket, etc, etc.

I'm starting to dread disassembly and install as I can't be down for several days modding and adjusting to make this bumper work. Not to mention I paid for powder coating that will need to be redone if I start cutting.

After not getting instructions, Then having to watch YouTube videos with parts that don’t even look like theirs. I just kind of took it into my own hands and reworked it until it fit. I will upload some pictures when I get back to the bronco later.
Hello all. I am one of the engineers at SRQ Fab/ True North. I would not recommend "taking it into your own hands". If there's a quality issue or a fitment issue, reach out and lets get it handled correctly.

Concerning this issue, it's definitely a tight fit. Here's an older revision on car. We have since added another 1/2" of clearance.

Here is the 3D scan that this bumper was designed around. It's definitely tight, but there should be adequate clearance and adjustment there.

It looks like you even had to shave the actual upright, which is odd.

A more detailed instruction sheet is also in the works!

How do we fix the issue? Clearly we won’t be sending it back.
And all this happened after I power coated it.

I was told that the camera cable would reach if you dissembled the whole thing from the grill. X2 on the washer issue.
Also. After grinding the bumper. The bar that connect to the bracket also hits that piece under the headlights

these are the rises On the passnager side and driver side. Slightly longer brackets could solve the issue. Or a 1/4 spacer.

My acc doesn’t work. The other issue is. The bumper is pretty tight in the grill. So if you need to adjust or remove the grill to adjust. It ain’t coming off with out the bumper also coming off

A 4” grinder wheel and a flop disc to touch up the cuts.
Haha, that’s a pretty steady hand there for a grinder wheel and a curve! Good job…it looks great!

When did this get revised? I received my bumper on 6/15. Since then I’ve been sent a couple new frame brackets, so would these new brackets fix the problem or was the bumper shape changed or that top plate cut back further?

The revision was done earlier this year way before any of these bumpers were built. The frame brackets don’t change the location of where the bumper sits since it utilizes the factory frame plates as the main mounting face.

You can see here how the bumper mounts to the stock frame plate and the mounting brackets tie into the back. Along with the top frame bracket that add the additional two mounting holes per side.

I return from my honeymoon tomorrow and will look into why the one bumper above is having fitment issues relative to the grille. As Connor mentioned there should be adequate room. We have installed and sent out other front bumpers to customers with no issues.

but if they were to push out the bumper, they would no longer be connected to the front of the frame, you'd be left with an over hang. I would assume that the over hang would defeat the purpose, now that it not directly sandwiched on the front of the frame. the only change, IMO, would have to be the risers and the top part.

honestly, if they reduced the size of the bumper and put the top plates under the grill this thing would be golden.

Yes, the ACC relocation bracket has angle adjustment in it. You will need to adjust the ACC sensor and angle it down some so that it passes underneath the hoop with a clear line of site foward. If you run lights under the hoop in front of the ACC you are going to have interference. You do not need to extend any wiring. Just reroute it some so that it reaches to the corner of the grille.

The camera washer unit does not get relocated with the camera. I plugged mine by the passenger headlight where the tube is easily accessible and removed the rest of the line behind the grille. That way the system is still pressurized and your windshield wiper fluid functions as normal.

I believe that issue can be solved by not tightening the through bolt through the frame before the bumper is on. Try this:

1. Loosely install all frame brackets.
2. Install bumper
3. Tighten bolts going through factory holes on frame plate.
4. Tighten top two bolts. (Not all the way)
5. Tighten top frame bolt under body. (Not all the way)
6. Tighten through frame bolt (Not all the way)

That will allow the brackets to move to where the bumper is sitting and not pull it.

7. Once the bumper is in the correct position, tighten everything from bottom to top (Ground Up).
