Just got my 21 bronco, it has a spot/stain on the dash. The dealership was not able to get it off. Any suggestions?

Did they really try? Did you try? Don’t use magic eraser. Try Griots interior detailer or a citrus based cleaner like Simple Green or Griots citrus cleaner. Might also try a 50/50 water vinegar solution. That works great on water spots on paint/wheels. Rubbing alcohol/water mix is another. It’s the best on glass.

If it doesn't come off with Simple Green or WD-40, it doesn't need to come off.

Just be careful with using disinfectant wipes because some ppl reported parts of the plastic cracking after using disinfectant wipes on the interior plastic. I’d start with warm water and a wipe
