Does anyone know of a mounting system that will mount RotoPax by the rear windows of a 4 door soft top without a full roof rack? I've only ever seen one, and the guy said that it was from a company in Southern California, but they had gone out of business a while back. Any new sources for such a system?

Best I ever found was the Raket Designs half rack. Mine is for sale if you're in NorCal ;) $300
I am near NorCal actually. lol. Do you have any pictures of it?

Owned it for almost a year. Used it for 2 big trips to see how to did with the family. It worked but it wasn’t a great fit for my fast paced off-roading and I’m looking at a hard top now. Main complaint was that it made access to the top hatch of the soft top more time consuming.

I second the Raket @popo_patty is selling (at a great buy, btw).
Having ran the Raket full rack version when I had a ST, zero complaints on the robust nature of it. Never a fear about it being able to handle the job. Install is pretty easy as well.
FWIW, you can take the rear add-on angled pieces off as well as that top rack portion and just run the rear towers with the crossbar, allowing full and unhindered use of the ST pop-up cargo feature.
I had mine that way (with front towers and a full rack) and had no issues with ST usage, even with the IAG struts and the EZ-Pull system in place.
Too bad they are only available really on the used market, as it is one helluva good design.

Thank you for the pictures! I'm definitely interested. Do you know if it hinders lifting the rear window when using the tailgate?

Also, where abouts in Nor Cal are you located?

@popo_patty 's a good guy, very well known in the NorCal Bronco offroading circles - you'll have no regrets buying anything from him.

Back when these racks were coming out (late '22/early '23), JCR offered its own ST 4D version, which I purchased - it was so loud on the freeway that I only used it once on a long trip to Moab; I took it down when I got home... but discovered that I could leave the side towers on and carry two Rotopaxes on them. Unlike the Racket towers, these towers bend in slightly at the top, and stops the hatch from fully lifting up. You can see the pass. side tower on my profile thumbnail - the rack was still attached then.

Thank you for the heads up. I'm definitely interested. I want to be able to run rotopax along the back windows as I'm not a big fan of those windows on the soft top. Otherwise, I would run them on the spare with an EZ rack.
