I can't help with the visor issue, but I definitely get it. I'm 5'10 and can't really use the visor as it drops down too low for my liking. And I'm also annoyed by the rearview mirror as I find it seems to take up way to much room, in my opinion.

It would probably cost more in shipping than the skid plate, but I really appreciate you reaching out!
