Soft top front header edges fraying

Anyone else experiencing this issue? The sharp plastic header leading edge has poked thru on the passenger side and is ready to on the drivers.

my service manager took photos yesterday to send to Ford? Should I wait for his answer? It’s an 2021 0BX SAS 13,800mi purchased at 7400 in Feb 23 Gold Certified . It also has the contact issue on the rear roll bar when operating soft top and the sound deadening is failing and needs to be reattached .
