Mine showed up at 11,000 miles photographed it a bit later, took to dealer and had 14k on it by the time part came in and was replaced. No hassle, no issues , straight up warranty replacement. Why do some dealers make such a hassle out of warranty claims!!!!!!

BTW I took this picture when I noticed it and the next time I was at dealership mentioned it to service who photographed it. I can’t remember how long it took but I was called to come In for replacement. They were great.

Are you including the hardware that needs to be removed to install your soft top? We would need it to install the hardtop on a soft top vehicle

Any cracking chips delaminating honeycomb showing? The usual issues with the early tops and some later ones? Was it on the vehicle long (do you have a soft top) or recently swapped out? Thanks
