I think I would sell it, invest the money and in 2 years when Broncos are all over Enterprise rental lots, get a 2Dr basemansquatch for like $5k out of pocket.

Or sell it and buy a GT500, GTR, M4

nah, I've been buying and selling very sought after cars for 30yrs. Sure it may take a year or two for production to catch-up with demand(it's a new vehicle that people want..) but this time next year the market will have plenty of used vehicles available. It already fairly easy to find an abandoned order at MSRP.
I agree except your last sentence. I’ve yet to find a single abandoned bronco selling at sticker. Every single one has had minimum of $10k added, most $15-20k.

Yes, but that's beside the point. Everyone who sees the Bronco is loving it but the first or second question out of their mouth is quite literally, "Dude, why didn't you resell it? You could make a schnike(sp?) ton of money (my wife has asked me that once or twice as well, she just doesn't call me Dude). I chuckle and say, I know, I know. My response is always, "you can make more money but they won't be making anymore 2021 FE Broncos; and I can't take it with me so why not enjoy it while I can."

Every time someone says something like that I peek back into the Auto resellers and think, "geesh am I" giving up $20-30K? Not buyer's remorse, but more like resellers regret.
I think the biggest factor is just how much you are excited about this vehicle. Myself, I have been following this new build for almost 10 years since the first drawings. I just sold my 4 door jeep with LS3 corvette motor and 40” tires that I took all over the US rock crawling and trail riding in anticipation of my 11/15 build. I was online and made a reservation the first 30 mins of first night with 2 computers running. If I was smart I would have ordered a first edition and sold it with enough profit to buy a badlands……but I want it NOW lol. Some of us can bank the money and buy another car but some of us are hooked. Maybe we are crazy but I love being crazy over this rig (so far) ;)

You wrote "nah", but then when on to say what I did...that we are looking at 1-2 years to correct. LOL

I would be interested in these easy to find, purchase ready Broncos at MSRP...because I haven't seen them.
you're on these forums, there's post almost daily not to mention all the non reservation people that ordered a non commodity bronco and already have them. Of course we know the MIC debacle caused that availability.

there's been quite a few posted on this forum and some of the others, it really boils down to timing. People act like this is a GT350/500 which is way more rare than even a FE, there will be more broncos built in 21 than all of 350 production......ever(or close we'll see the final numbers soon). Its only rare because we've had just a couple months of shipping, nothing more.

For me, 15k is not enough incentive to sell it, as what ever else you buy will be over priced as well, with the way market is. 25k-30k, I would be crazy not to consider it.

I have yet to see one post where someone admits to paying that. It's like in the pre-constraint COVID days... who ever paid MSRP for a vehicle? I suspect most are asking these numbers but in reality are not getting them. $5K maybe but you need to someone extra special to pay $10K or over MSRP.

Consider this: we here are all Bronco enthusiasts and most are/were owners of 1st-5th gen Broncos.
Sometimes I wish I was someone who hated them and had an order just to resell for big $$ but...unfortunately the opposite is true. Patiently waiting for my Wildtrak....so I can keep it forever.
ps I hope there are very very few of those kinds of people. Sad if you are one.

If io have a first edition I wouldn’t sell for less than 50K over. That’s me. For the others non badlands, if you can get over 30K why not. As other posters said, can you wait again to get another bronco.

After attending the Off-Roadeo I started to question (on the 4 hour drive home) if I wanted to sell my base Bronco and take the profits to get one with all the off road features, I was that impressed with them.

But when I think about it on the flip side of things, I went with a base manual for a reason and I still think it's be a blast to drive; my 2002 SR5, TRD Tacoma served me well and the Bronco has much more power, same size wheels, a better manual trans... and a removable roof, and can I even afford to go wheeling enough to justify the wait and cost.

I mean true rock crawling wheeling, my biggest issue is "if you can't afford to fix it don't go on TOO radical of trials." I took my Tacoma all through Death Valley, Johnson's Valley to play and watch the King of the Hammers and the 24 hours race, and through Ansa Borego and I'm betting the Bronco without any locking diffs will do just fine for that... and skiing so I'll keep it.

I don’t know about you, but I have literally been waiting for this Bronco for at least 4 years now. I’m not gonna extend my wait any longer. Unless it was out of necessity to survive, I would not sell my incoming Bronco for anything less than a life changing amount of money. $10-20K doesn’t move the needle enough for me to go to the end of the line.
Exactly! I bought a 2019 F150 lease in Jan/'19 knowing that I was waiting for the Bronco. I may have under bought some options, (knowing only since driving the off roadeo last week) but hugely excited to pick up my beast-to-be this saturday.

I would sell if the price is right. Maybe $75k and up. Otherwise, nah. We need the 4WD and my F150 won't last forever.

It bothers me that America seems to be trending towards markets where desirable goods can only be bought with tricks, and secondary markets. Greed is destructive. Before you know it, food will go to the highest bidder. Smells like socialism.
