I've got a '23 4dr Badlands with OE rock sliders. My wife and I will likely never take this thing onto any trails. Its just a fancy daily driver for us.

I've found a set of bolt on steps that utilize the OE sliders, but I fear these wont work well for my wife, as she has to dress fairly nice for her job, and may occasionally wear heels, or a heeled shoe.
Bolt on steps.

My other option/idea is to buy a set of 4dr Outer Banks take off side steps. Heck, I'd even trade someone

We took off our Black Diamond Sasquatch sliders and tried a side step. Found it way too high for both of us to use on a daily basis. And our pants or wife's skirt would drag and get dirty.
We sucked it up and bought Rock Slide Engineering side steps.
They had great sale for members of this forum. But they still cost a lot.
3 years later, we have zero complaints. We recommend them.

When we go to church we don't get dirt on our legs due to dragging on the steps.

That's what I feared. I suspect I'll be buying some steps here soon, and have some sliders for sale.

For your stated use the Rock Slide steps are totally overkill and massively overpriced.
If you must get power steps get the AMP steps or their less expensive competitors like Go Rhino or Rough Country.

These are less than 1/2 the cost and much less bulky and in my opinion better looking than the Rock Slide steps.

You can buy a set of OEM steps for less than $100 on FB marketplace or craigslist. Try that see if they meet your needs then drop the coin on something else. I was surprised how well they worked.

Both the OEM sliders and step rails are all over marketplace here from $0-100, they install in a matter of minutes.

I unfortunately live in a fairly rural area where broncos aren't that common. If they're around, nobody really modifies them. Ive got a few sets found for around $200, but they're 4+ hours away one way.

I've got a set on ebay found that'll cost the same, but be shipped to my door. Thinking ill be placing an order soon. Figure throwing those, my mud flaps, and the clear vinyl in the door sills will be a next weekend project!

I hear you, I live in the sticks also, got a set on a trip to a larger city while picking up supplies. Wife loves the OEM steps, bought them as a holdover till the Bronco tax comes down.

AR Magnum stirrup. A bit pricey but no rust billet aluminum and easy to install

I've had the Outbanks step for 2 years now and am going to the Rough Country power steps. The look and functionality are better and serve the purpose.

'23 4dr Badlands Sasq here, and the first thing I did after hubby and I got it was order the oem running boards from Ford using some of the points earned with the purchase. He removed the rock sliders and installed the running boards about a week after when they got here and they are absolutely perfect. Not sure how tall your wife is, but I'm short (5'3" if I stand up really straight) and they have made getting in and out so much easier and even though I always wear boots with heels I've never had any slips or trips with them (and I'm somewhat prone to that unfortunately). I definitely recommend the Ford ones.

My wife is 5'7" and is also prone to slipping. (Even more unfortunately due to her hearing loss.) This sealed the deal for us ordered a set of used take offs earlier today!

Great product & a necessity for my wife to easily enter/exit her Bronco

As much as I love the look of auto steps, we live on gravel, and I haven't been impressed with other auto steps lifespans.

I also got a '23 Badlands.. The FIRST thing I did was ditch the rock sliders and got the AMP power running boards. Best thing I have put on. I think that might be the only way my wife can get in AND out without too many issues......
