Its no different than driving a side by side or snowmobile, or even skiiing when you think about it. And yes, I have some extra cleaning to do, but no different than if I went off road topless and tube doors and got mud everywhere!

Not as much as was projected here in Southern NH
So... Why the snowdrift on the wrong side of the garage door?? lol 😬

Also, for those who know, why do people put their windshield wipers up when it snows? I'd never seen that before but saw more than a few doing it, and I think I know why, but wondering if I'm right.

So they do not get frozen to the windshield.

No doors! Well I guess if the heat is on that would help :cwl:
I have the tube doors on, let’s gotta help somewhat!

I do bless the heat, and it makes a big difference, and also the heated seat seats make a big difference.

The other thing is to start with good thermal underwear, and wear layers.

One other pic. Lost power for about 24 hours and the house got down to 49. Got power back for 8 hours then lost it for another 6 and so far we’ve almost been back up for 24 (fingers crossed). Got lucky compared to a lot in our county. Probably going to be a few more days before they’re back up

Has melted quite a bit, but still frozen enough to only break through a couple inches…

I'm in Ballwin, MO...it's looking like we got 10+ inches. I'll have some pictures later of my Bronco in it...I love snow!!!

Oh my gosh, I can only imagine if we had that much snow in Seattle. It would be total mayhem! The news here would measure from the deck to snow and report that as being 4 feet of accumulation.

Interestingly, Mt Baker is only about 100 miles from Seattle and holds the world record for snow fall in a season. July of '98 through June of '99, Baker ski area had 1,140" of snow. That's 95 feet! Seatac airport measured 22.77" of rain between 12/1/98 and 2/28/99. Rained dang near every day for 3 or 4 months...oh so miserable that was.

I do it to keep my windshield wipers from freezing to the windshield.
