I shoveled the driveway and cleared the deck and thought I was done for the day. Then I realized the icy stuff that came after the snow was flowing like sand off the steep main roof and piling up deep and heavy on the shallow front porch roof.
I just came in through a 2nd floor window after shoveling that goddamn front porch roof.
At least I got to do a brief joyride in the Bronco earlier. The neighbor tried 3 times and failed to get up the shallow hill passing my house in his Tundra, so I had to try. 4A wouldn’t do it. Wouldn’t make the turn out of the driveway. Slippery Mode in 4H did it. Locked the rear diff for a bit too just to try it out. Got a pic on my return trip before the hill descent. The snow isn’t that deep but it’s very slippery stuff now.

Worse, a glorified 20v weed eater! Lots here are so small the little grass I have doesn't even warrant a mower.With an electric mower?
I'm jealous, man. Up here in the Grand Valley, it's been pretty pathetic. Maybe tonight, though.
