This stuff works great, you probably already have some, and in a pinch you can use it for that half eaten burger from the drive thru!

I don’t have one, but wish I did. 16 months of ownership and starting to see wear on the touchscreen. Not scratches wear, but more like oil from my fingerprints wear. Anyway to fix that at this point? It’s only noticeable when screen is off and at a certain angle, so not the end of the world.

Yeah same thing i noticed after only 5 months of use. Only visible when you looked at it just right - like a coating or something was wearing off. I only happened to notice because I was cleaning the glass for the protector and was up close and personal trying to make sure it was perfectly clean.

I wasn't able to "clean" it with glass cleaner or IPA and didn't want to try anything harsher. Can't see it once I put the protector on -- not that I could really see it in the first place until I knew what to look for.

I’m runnin some 12” Stealth PPF from @Underground Graphics. No glare, doesn’t get micro scratches, doesn’t get marked up by dusty or sticky fingers like the bare naked oem glass. 10/10.
I concur. I’ve been using this for over 2 years and it’s worked flawlessly. It’s a great product

I installed the OCDplug screen protector kit from Stickerfab.com on my 12 inch screen. Works great, mat finish, easy to install, no fingerprints and eliminates sun and nighttime glare.
I did the OCDplug as well on my 8in. Works great, easy to see even in the sun and no fingerprints!

I installed one recently to test it out and while it did mitigate fingerprints which was nice, I wear polarized Oakley sunglasses and looking at the screen protector with the sunglasses on gave a rainbow effect all over the screen. I had to remove it.

You might not be able to see the wear if you put a protector on it now. The back side of the glass protectors has a kind of wet feel to it and might gloss over the wear marks.
