not all counties are full serve, but if you drive a bike or a diesel you can pump

I’ve got a pair of Gen Two, 2 Gallon Pax… the supplied filler nozzle works seamlessly after some trial and error.

I’ll share some images of the orientation during use later this week when I get back home

Set the nozzle with the tab up. Flip the pax over for prep for fitment. It takes a bit of angle massaging to get nozzle in through the second flap. But once it’s in, it’s very easy to pop the locking ring and let er flow. That tab should align with the divot at the bottom of the ez fill capless flap. Sometimes it needs the slightest of shakes to exit.

Just received their all metal nozzle for rotopax and the spout adapter for cap less fuel fillers.

Not sure how well it will work without a vent, but it looks very promising.

The screen vapor-guard (or whatever) that lines the inside of the Rotopax is, like so many "safety" and "eco" and "anti-'global warming'" gadgets and gizmos is counter productive. Pump at full volume and it splashes out, so the gas that spills on the pavement gets...vaporized in the atmosphere, right? Amen to the previous poster who castigated government regulators and "experts."

How can I get that out, without breaking off small pieces? I read that screwing a long, thick lag bolt into the bottom, you might be able yank it out. Has anybody done this?

I used the same combo on my rotopax on my pony express trip and it worked perfectly.
