Can anybody tell me what size bolt this takes? Looking to add a tool holder to keep my shovel in place. This threaded hole is in the perfect place for it.

Also this looks like the same size bolt as the hardtop.

Why not take the hardtop bolt, see if it threads in, then take it to Home Depot. Find a nut that fits and bobs your uncle

Great idea! Oh wait, I have a soft top and there’s no bolts.

Guess Bob’s not your uncle. Thought everyone had an Uncle Bob but guess not

did your soft top come with the tool kit? Doesn’t that same socket head remove the hard top bolts and the doors?

Most of those threaded holes are 8mm x 1.25 thread pitch. Broncos built in '21 generally have several of them in the roll cage. Apparently, newer ones don't have those extra holes...

Great info. Saves me from having to get off the couch and remove a speaker screw. Glad mine has them, I just realized the wealth of mounting points without having to strap or drill the roll cage. I see a Mag light, machete and a shove mounted to them very soon.

Looks very functional. I'm using the same rubber mounts but a different location on my shovel. What's the Element?

Interesting, mine's an October built base with a soft top. I wonder why the difference.
