If any one has these installed on the Braptor would you please share your experience. Debating on purchasing a set but want to know about installation, flexibility and off road use (specifically rock crawling I'm worried about them tearing off).

Thank you

I have them on mine and did a before and after comparison Here. The main reason I got them was to stop getting door dings from flying debris and they have solved that problem. The only mud that I see on the doors now comes from between the holes in the running boards. Hardest part of installation was getting the OEM flaps off. The plastic screws holding them in wouldn’t come out so I had to basically force them out with trim tools. After that it’s easy. The back ones need an extended socket to get the bolts off where the bracket goes, but the bolts come off easy. I have not taken them off, but my biggest fear for ease of taking them off/ putting them back on would be the durability of the little plastic screws that hold them in place (same ones as the OEM ones). So if those don’t come out easy like when I took the OEM ones off then it would be a real bitch to get them off and on. The material seems durable. It’s flexible enough to deflect debris without breaking but sturdy enough to take a beating. The price is a little high but to protect the car it was easily worth it to me. I painted them matte black and code orange for fun.

Looks like you have regular and not the XL correct? I emailed rokblokz the size difference but no response yet.

That is correct, I got regular.
Just recieved the answer below.

The XL version is about 1-2" longer and wider for those who run higher offset wheels that poke past the fenders. They are also designed for trucks with larger tire set-ups.

It really is a personal preference of how much protection you would like.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns!

Thank you,

Jazmin

One note is that I really dislike the screw clips they use for the flaps. In their instructional video they show push pins but when delivered it's the same plastic screw pins that Ford uses. The are a pain to get out and also a pain to get a tight seal. I may swap mine out for more traditional plastic push pins.

Just had mine installed at a body shop as I don't have patience and did not want to break anything.
