Just thought of this... Do they withstand a normal car wash? (or do you handwash?)

LOL! That's just a little bit of a sore subject around the house...

Essentially, yes I hand wash it, then wax it, then clean all the nooks and crannies with a toothbrush, park it in the garage... and most nights go out and rub it down with a cloth diaper to keep the dust off it.

According to my wife, "obsessive" is the most appropriate adjective to describe my behavior.

All that said I wouldn't hesitate to take it through a car wash, they're good thick decals and seem pretty stout... They survived a pretty decent sand blasting at the beach with no problem anyway.

In case anyone is curious about the longevity of the tape... about 6 months with regular use and they still look new.

Just did a few designs, I was unaware about the '66 having the stripe, now I feel better.

I decided on doing the bucking bronco logo. You just pushed me to do it NOW.

Photos in a few hours when done.

Did you cut the bronco or order the tape that way? I assume a Cricut could do something like that.

I have a CE6000plus from Graphtec. I designed and cut them from a 24” wide roll of matte black Orcal 651.

This reminds me I’m planning on painting my spot weld seam area black. Wonder if that would help? Looks great ..thinking black on mine and painting the spot weld area too… it bothers my OCD
