Finally got my Rock Hard Belly pan Skids installed. Also added RCI rear diff cover, front control arm skids, and AC fab rear shock skids. I would have gone all Rock Hard skids but they don’t have the other skids available yet. The quality of the welds, powder coating, and bolts used is top notch compared RCI or AC Fab in my honest opinion. AC Fab has the worst welds I’ve seen and sit pretty close to the bilstiens shocks with only some gap. I like how you don’t have to remove the rear shock bolts however with AC Fab and they have held up quite well and haven’t moved.

Already have a few scrapes on my skids! Don’t mind the crappy photos. Lighting wasn’t great. All skids are steel. Didn’t notice much in weight or decreased clearance. RH skids have oil drain access point which makes things a breeze for oil changes.

Forgot to mention no noticeable increase in engine or tranny temps with the belly pan skids. I was in 4 low on a trail with a wild trak and we had almost exact engine and tranny temps during the trail ride.

Got a chance to test my steel skids on the CDT last week. A few long scrapes on gas tank skid and main belly pan skid. No dents in steel with full weight of the vehicle on several large boulders. Holding up good.
