Review Tennessee Off Roadeo!

Well we went and enjoyed the Tennessee Off Roadeo the first day Friday! What a blast. Everyone there were as nice as can be. You can figure it was a full house. Jerry was our instructor and he was great. If you like squeezing through trees and sliding in mud and rocks then this is the place to be. These trails are laid out perfectly to show exactly what the Bronco can do. You will be amazed at what these vehicles are made of. They also had groups of Bronco Sport owners who got in on the fun. Meals were excellent also. If you get the chance to go then don’t hesitate because you’re gonna love the experience!!

A few of us on the forum are going next week. A couple I know of on Monday and me and a few others on Thursday.

Squeezing through trees and over wet rocks is my “good day” wheelin.

What lodging did you do in the area, or just drove back home?

We stayed in Alcoa which is a very short drive to the Roadeo. They told us they had about 70 Bronco’s there for use.

Out of the 70 Broncos, about how many Broncos were active during the event?

I don't know how many total drivers there are during an event.

The reason I ask, is that I was curious as to how well they can facilitate that each owner gets a Bronco that is close to what they own? They would need a fairly large stable.

Groups were going out at different times. Not sure how many of them were in use all at the same time. I’d say you have a good chance of choosing the Bronco you want. The guide let us pick the one we wanted out of the first group that was in line. Trails cross over so you see other groups during the day.

I just hate that I'm pretty sure they no longer have any manuals. I get it though, I know they were having a lot of problems with them.

The fleet will be mostly all Sasquatch Broncos of different trims and of course, moar doors. There might be a 2-dr here and there but they are quickly picked.

The Texas Off-Roadeo fleet had about 70 Broncos, but only about 20 were out for the day. There is a constant rotation as they get serviced.

I will camp outside the day before in order to get a proper 2 door Bronco!

Looks like I’ll have a camera or crew along with me. Will try to wrassle them for a 2 Door on Thursday.

Weather looks sunny and cool; otherwise, perfect for wheeling, so should be a fun day on the trails.

I've only done the one in Moab, Utah, but most of the ones there were the same - Wildtrack Sasquatch 4-door. They had one 2-door and one that wasn't a Sasquatch.
