I stumbled across a gap on both driver and passenger sides where the rear hatch and cargo door come together. It is large enough to see in/out of the vehicle through the gap - which is how I found it as a rear light was just at the right angle to be seen even from the driver seat when facing to the rear. I haven’t noticed water leaking in (yet), but the issue was noted on a 2025 Raptor with <3k light miles - so no heavy off-road use yet. The rear hard top has not yet been removed. Looks as if some rear gasket is missing but couldn’t see any obvious missing components. I’ve included photos of the area in question - you can see the interior cargo lights and as you can see in the photos, you can look through the gap and outside the rear side windows.

Has anyone else seen this? A missing seal or a window or cargo door needing adjustment? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Agreed. You seem to be missing a seal; it almost looks as if your hatch is not closed. I cannot help as I do not have the OEM top on my BRaptor. I run the Armadillo top. For the little bit of time I had the OEM top, I never looked back there at the seal.

I would say that the setup is the same, as I gave my top to a member of our Bronco club who has a Badlands.

Not sure if the regular Bronco and Raptor have the same setup but you certainly appear to be missing a seal.

Thanks for the guidance! Based on the comment I contacted the selling dealer parts department and then visited the dealership. Sure enough, my vehicle is missing the entire seal across the rear cargo window. Part is on order and covered, as you would expect, under warranty. Not sure how that one got missed at the factory…and thanks again for the help.

I got a 120k jeep a few years back and as I was driving it home from the dealer, it sounded like there was too much noise coming from somewhere, but couldn't quite pinpoint it. Figured out pretty quickly that there were no floor drainplugs in. Quick fix on my own, but something I wouldn't expect from any new vehicle, let alone a premium jeep (or a Raptor missing a whole seal).

Glad you figured it out and it's nothing majorly wrong other than someone's oversight at the factory.
