Removing / cleaning red dots from tires

I have a friend who is OCD and the red dots drive him insane. The tires on my 2006 Mustang GT very are original and the red dots are still on them. He goes into nervous tics whenever he sees them.

Given your handle, I truly hope you have a supply of red dots that you surreptitiously apply from time to time where he’ll encounter them.

Bonus points if you slightly misalign or discolor one of them in some fashion.
