Maybe a blown fuse?? Or do they get hot after you are in the vehicle?

And to confirm, the steering wheel doesnt heat either? What is the outdoor temperature at the moment of testing? From day 1 my heated steering wheel and seats were set to "Cook the passenger" mode during remote startup. Odd.
The steering wheel was warmish (it never really gets hot…)
Our outside temp is 0* c
(32 f)
Once inside the truck and I push the start button, the seats warm up…

There's a climate setting. You can either set it to "remember last setting" which will go to the temperature you had when you shut the vehicle off and the same seat heat settings. Or you can have it set to "auto" which automatically sets the temperature to 23C (will heat in the winter or cool in the summer).

I cannot find any “climate” menu…
I cannot speak on the Bronco (awaiting delivery)but I have it in my F150. Not ideal settings either way typically. It was on the gauge display, not the infotainment screen

Wheel and seats warm up on mine when I remote start. If I leave my seat heat on low, it will be on low when I get in, unless the temperature is below whatever threshold Ford has set up. If its cold enough, the seats will default to high.

The Bronco doesn’t have the same “settings” menu on the gauge cluster…

@Toffen I may have figured out the problem (try this and let me know if it works). Go to Ford Pass > Vehicle Settings > Remote Start Setup > Seats > and switch from Off to Auto

You should have a Vehicle icon somewhere under Settings. My screen might look different since I have Mid package and not High/Lux. Looks like you can move the ellipsis over for additional options/settings on this screen
