- make sure whatever you get has a velcro back. in a hurry, you can just rip the bag off the velcro for quick access
- agree with those saying build your own. best way to KNOW exactly what you have and why
- if you do buy a pre-made kit, take the time to familiarize yourself with what's inside and why. And don't be afraid to add/subtract things as you see fit
- finally, take a Medic First Aid Provider course from your local Red Cross. The most expensive kit might look tacticool hanging off your molle panel, but it's worthless if you don't know what's inside and how to use it
one thing, I am not doing anything with any Red Cross.
