I have a 23 Raptor less then 400 miles and the rear view mirror turns dark after start up it seem's like it's in night mode all the time, as soon as the engine is turned off it goes back to clear. anyone have any suggestion's on what would cause this before I bring it in to the dealership.

It's upside down! Mine was flipped from the factory as well. The sensor is being blocked from light and so it stays in night mode. Just spin it around to where the small circle in the middle is at the top!

Mirror itself needs to be rotated 180 degrees. When they are installed at the factory, sometimes they are inverted.
