Rear Seat Belt Buckle Problems -- Anyone else?

I'm taking my bronco in for a second time to have the rear seat belt buckle latch replaced again... very annoying. Looks like the issue is that that buckle doesn't fold down properly when the seat folds down, so the seat ends up just putting a bunch of pressure on the buckle, bending the plastic, and rendering the seatbelt inoperable.

Anyone else experience this? Anyone manually strap down their seat belt latches so they don't get broken?

Removing the rear seats resolves the issue.
