I don't think about how big it is until I see myself next to it 🤣 The fenders are part of what make it a "Raptor" but they are SO MUCH 😅 we call them baby pools.

You do have the Ultimate Bronco without a doubt.

I wonder if Ford will eclipse the current Bronco Raptor with something better?

When I bought my GT350, Ford claimed that I had the most powerful Ford ever made… then came the GT500.
They also said the same when I bought my 2003 Cobra.

Something better always seems to follow.

Enjoy your Raptor while you are briefly on top!!!!

I’ll love him forever even if something more shiny and new comes out 😉🩵

It was not intended to be "bad ass" it was more intended to be my easy chair.... I can take the "easy" lines that no one else can clear....

If it was a 2-door Braptor, I could get used to the odd shaped fender flares because it is a Ford Performance vehicle.
I didn't consider a GT500 due to the auto tranny and the front facia... I prefer the looks of the GT350 front facia, manual tranny & FPC much more, but I have a lot of respect for the GT500 due to its performance superiority. Much like the Braptor, I respect its performance superiority.
I purchase vehicles based on what I want to look at everyday in my garage first, then performance, options, exhaust, etc. comes next.
Obviously, exhaust was not a consideration in my Badlands consideration.
A 2 dr Braptor would look like Rosie O'Donnell on wheels. Too fat for the length and out of proportion. It's already grotesque enough with the 4dr wheelbase.

I loved my GT350. But owning and tracking a '20 GT500 - no comparison in my book. I get why Pericak pushed hard for the DCT. After having a Whipple on my '09 GT500, shifting with the TR6060 was like trying to shift a tank with 725hp. The '20-'22 GT500 changed everything. It reads your mind instead of wanting to fight you. The TR3160 in the GT350 is a nice little transmission that does well at high rpm but simply can't handle more/brute torque. The DCT handles it with nary an issue.

I suppose it would be painfully obvious if I stated I disagree with you..... Your flex using the mustangs not withstanding. Apples and oranges.... And yes I have had track day cars..... Flexing about Dual Clutch transmissions tells me absolutely nothing about your knowledge of off road vehicles.... So far your ONLY dismissive for a two door Raptor is that aesthetically you do not THINK it would "LOOK" good.... LOL... WOW you know off road vehicles..... I will listen to you for all of my opinions.... FO...

And besides... I will take a Habu and run circles around your Mustang any day of the week... You would beat me in a quarter mile (probably) but on a road track.... I would own your ass.... Physics my friend, physics. 2600 lbs of momentum vs 4200 lbs of momentum...

I disagree, I think it would look pretty amazing

Shoot me your address so we can get a trophy out to you asap.

Cutest post of the day! "Flex" is apparently your favorite word too - cool.

"Flexing about Dual Clutch transmissions tells me absolutely nothing about your knowledge of off road vehicles."

I was responding to earlier posts that mentioned favoring the manual over a DCT. Maybe you should try reading more than just fantasizing about men "flexing". And quite the leap from a statement about a car transmission being indicative of "off road vehicle knowledge." But hey, you do you.

I agree. The Raptor Bronco already has enough armor and gills sticking out all over the place. A two door variant would look like a medicine ball with mumps. I have a WildTrak and not a Raptor, but while I was building it on the build and price page, I saw that the two extra doors were about the cheapest option on the page at Just $350 per door. I guess I’m a non-purist, wanting easy access for my dogs and more storage room coming from a Super Crew F150 Lariat. The two door 6G bronco looks extremely pudgy compared to the first generation bronco. If it didn’t, I would have seriously considered it.

The aesthetic takes time to normalize in your head. Once it does, you absolutely dig it. But it sounds like you aren't there yet so until then you'll continue to dislike them.
Agree. I'm there. It took less time than it did for me back in the teens to get used to the 4 door wranglers. I still think the 2 door CJs, YJs, and TJs look better overall; but if you give me a JK or JL, I think the 4 doors look better than the 2 doors of the same model.

Oddly though, I did not like the look of the 2 door bronco 6gs at first. They just looked too stubby and front heavy, but I've gotten to like the look of them over time too.
