Hello everyone!

I placed an order for my perfect Bronco build, and received a build date of 9/29. I ordered it through Granger and am planning on flying out to pick it up and road trip it back to Southern California. I'm already flying my front license plate mount out for Granger to install, and am thinking I might want to take a set of RokBlokz with me to protect my Bronco for the long drive home.

That said, for anyone who has the RokBlokz on their Bronco, how difficult would the install be with only a manual ratchet and working in a hotel parking lot? I'm not going to fly out with a mallet and electric ratchet like RokBlokz recommend for an install, but also don't want to fly the mud flaps themselves out, if I'm not going to be able to get them installed easily.

Thank you all in advance for any help you can give.

Shouldn't be a problem. Front is easier than rear but it's all pretty straightforward. Put them together (yes assembly is required) before you go out. Watch the install video a couple times and make sure you have the tools you need.

May want a ratcheting box wrench or some other low-clearance attack for the front bolts, and conversely maybe an extension for the rear bolts. Perfectly doable by hand though.
You can assemble the press-in nuts with whatever's at hand, even your fingers, but be careful because mine had a lot of burrs on the "smooth" side.

I just finished installing mine yesterday. I would have done it over the weekend but here’s a tid bit of info I wasn’t aware and the video did not show. The front brackets per video requires nut clips to fasten the flaps. They are no longer required because the new brackets are now threaded. See attached from Rokblokz.
Kudos to @TheShark for giving this advice. These are awesome for sure.
