Im attaching what I have gotten. I find that better than me trying to describe it, because I'm a complete idiot when it comes to anything automotive. I'll do my best to describe what I'm trying to accomplish, and hopefully I can have real advice and not the put downs that I see on this forum.
Im trying to level out the front of my 2025 big bend bronco, that's where the fox 2.5 shocks come into play, I am using the factory springs with these because I was told that they will still work with the front level. I ordered 5 blaque diamond wheels that are 17Ă—9 with a 1mm offset.
I ordered whiteline upper control arms because I was told that these help with the alignment with adding a lift and bigger tires.
The tires i went with are mickey thompson baja A/A tires that are 35Ă—12.5Ă—17.
And lastly I have tie rod sleeves for the front and those are from jks, I was told these will help with the aggressive offset of the wheels putting added stress from the heavier wheels. This is a daily driver, the only offloading she will see is a dirt road here and there. The only thing not pictured is the mount I orderd for the rear tire mounted to the back as well as the rear brake light extension.

Your list looks OK IMO. You probably don't need the new UCAs or the tie rod sleeves. Only other thing I'd mention is with the 1mm offset wheels (strange offset number) you'll have some tire poke outside the non-squatch fender flares.

It was either a -12 offset or a plus 1 offset

Get rid of the sleeves. It's much cheaper and easier to replace an end than it is the whole damn rack.
So the sleeve will mess up the rack. Would i be better replacing the tie rod end with an upgraded one, and if so which brand should I get. Look i have put this together based off the info I get in here.

-12 is going to have you poked out a good deal past the non-squatch flares. For reference your OEM BB wheels are +55...a -12 will be stuck out 2.6" further than your BB wheels.

Thats why I went with the offset of 1mm.
I want some poke but not as much as the -12. I bought the wheels from audiocity and when I was on the phone with the sales rep, height told me that the plus was what I was looking for.

And I know the tires are wider, the tires that came on it were the 265Ă—70rĂ—17 general grabber and im going to a 35Ă—12.5Ă—17 tire. Everyone told me I should drive on those for a while, but i wanted bigger tires.

The sleeves themselves won't mess up the rack, no.

What you gotta do is think of the tie rod as a 'fuse' thats between the wheel/tire and the rack..

Fuses are installed as a sacrificial component. It's objectively better to have a fuse pop than it is let something big and expensive pop.

You don't NEED to do a single thing considering your tie rods. If youre aching to spend money on some bling.. go for it.. but.. yeah.. unnecessary.

It's not just the added tire width, your new wheels are offset and additional 2.6" out. If you consider the extra tire width you'll be stuck out close to 3" further than you are now. Are you sure the offset isn't+12mm? That would make more sense.

For me that would work that puts at about 1 and a half inches past the fender flares, and if its to much I'll just order some sas fender flares.

Thats kind of the look I'm going for although the rims on his are 17Ă—8.5 and mine is 17Ă—9, but his wheels stick out about where I want mine to stick out
