ProCal usage on multiple vehicles

Can you purchase ProCal and use it to disable A.S.S (Automatic Start Stop) on a bunch of different Broncos or is it VIN locked like the tune? i.e there's a Bronco club where many members want A.S.S disabled.

Second question - do you even need to have ProCal "installed"? can you buy the device without installation and create your own tune? Isn't the warranty on the device or is the warranty on the specific VIN locked tune?

The tune is vin locked.
Only works on one vehicle.

You can buy a procal without the tune, but you can’t “create” your own tune. The specific warranty is on the vin locked tune from Ford performance.
