Forscan on multiple vehicles

I’m having trouble with ForScan seeing my Bronco. I have a 2021 F250 that is also saved profile in ForScan. Is there anyway for ForSan to see and communicate with multiple vehicles? TIA

For some reason it’s asking if I have a tune, but I don’t and it doesn’t matter if I click ok or cancel, it gives me the same message

What is the latest version and where do I go for latest version. I went to the site and it doesn't give me an option. Sorry, been awhile since using Forscan. I do have an extended License
