I have installed tunes and chips to get more power since the 80s. I have to say the Ford Performance ProCal tuner software and device interface is very disappointing.
The app I downloaded to my laptop is so basic and not user friendly. There is no help information or graphics to jazz it up. Coming from Ford, this is disappointing.
When I did get the runner up and connected to the Bronco, I couldn't believe how crude and slow the programmer was. I had to tap a few times to get anywhere in the menu.
Fingers crossed the tune works.
I brought my Braptor to the dealer to install the tune and my dealer service tech told me to just install it myself and it was an easy process.
My years old SCT scan 4 on my super duty is 100 times more advanced and easy to use that the ProCal.
