Pre-collision assist warning

Just picked up my Badlands w/ mid package on August 12th. The pre-collision assist does not appear to work at all. I've come up on leading vehicles pretty quickly, but there is no warning or auto braking. Has anyone else with a recent Bronco had a similar issue?

Haven’t seen that one yet. But this one came on during a drive through the mountains—to my surprise!

That’s as bad as my watch telling to to stand up…

So on Sunday my Pre-Collision Assist Warning came on what appeared to be randomly. First time. I was driving up a one-lane-each-direction road, a pickup was a good bit ahead of me - like half a football field or more - and went to turn onto a street on the left side of the road, and suddenly it came on and I slowed down.

I really don't know why, I didn't do anything memorable or of note that I remember. Shortly after the indicator went away and that was that.

Not sure if it was just a quirk or what.

That’s what mine does every once in a while like every four or six months
