Gotcha, thanks for the quick reply
I shortened the bracket and deepened the slots with an angle grinder, then deburred with a scothbrite wheel as well as a Dremel tool. I like nice edge margins. I used Aux 3 and wired with mil-spec Tefzel wire and Amp sure-seal terminals. I made my own cable from the battery with marine #2 cable. Because I installed a SAPS at the same time I needed to double up on one of the M8 battery studs. This necessitated clearancing the positive terminal cover. I shortened the factory positive winch lead and routed the cable differently than originally so as to have the right length cable routed where it could be secured.
